FNC Cleaning Services LTD Terms and Conditions: Please read carefully

When accepting or placing an order over the phone and by email customers are bound to the following FNC Cleaning Services LTD Terms and Conditions:

ALL CLEANS CARRIED OUT BY FNC CLEANING SERVICES LTD YOU AGREE TO -
1.1: The customer agrees to sign and return the agreement sent via email prior to starting work.


1.2: FNC Cleaning Services LTD fees are payable by the client in advance via bank transfer only, this will be paid into our nominated account as per cleaning schedule. If full payment is not required upfront then a 75% deposit is required before booking can be confirmed. If 75% deposit is required the balance must be paid within 24 hours after job is complete.


1.3: FNC Cleaning Services LTD reserves the right to suspend cleaning services if monthly/advance payments are missing, not paid or if paper work is not returned to FNC Cleaning Services within 7 days of placing the order or 24hours before job start time (for short notice bookings).


1.4: The sales advisors can only give a rough estimate of the duration of the cleaning service, which is based on a basic description of the customer's house or business premises. Please note that the cleaner may discuss a variation on the planned duration if, in practise, it appears to be required.


1.5:  FNC Cleaning Services LTD agrees to provide all cleaning detergents and equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket) required to carry out the service, unless other arrangements have (Height restriction applies,) been made with FNC Cleaning Services LTD. Any cleaning equipment provided by the customer, should be safe and in full working order.


1.6: If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area charges may apply.


1.7: A monthly payment will be refunded only if the customer does not require cleaning services for more than 4 weeks.


1.8: FNC Cleaning Services LTD will not be held responsible for any alarm systems.
Customer should give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems.


1.9: One month minimum contract length applies for all Regular Cleaning Services.


1.10: All the cleaners registered with us and working on our behalf have been fully screened through a personal interview and checking of references and employment history.


1.11: The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power.


1.12: By entering under this Terms and Conditions with FNC Cleaning Services LTD after the termination of the cleaning service providing by FNC Cleaning Services LTD, the Client must not hire or use any home-related services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by FNC Cleaning Services LTD. If the Client does wish to hire or use home-related services provided by such a cleaner our referral fee is £150.


1.13: In case of a complaint, FNC Cleaning Services LTD requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work for suitable solution to be reached.

1.14: All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.


1.15: The insurance policy is subject to a number or further terms and conditions available from the FNC Cleaning Services LTD. Any damage caused by bleach is not covered. FNC Cleaning Services LTD will not arrange for the insurance referred to if the fee has not been paid by the Client in accordance with terms and conditions of this agreement. An insurance taken out by the Client may void the insurance policy to in this clause in which even and loss will only be recoverable under the policy of the Client.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Any discounts given will become payable if length of contract agreed is terminated before it’s expiry date. 
  • Quotes are only valid for 14 days. Once the quote has been accepted via the client, the payment must be paid in full or 75% as agreed by both parties within 24 hours of receiving the provisional booking to book the clean into our system.
  • Cleaning of blinds is not included unless asked for this service at time of booking as these consume a lot of time therefore, we can discuss this.
  • We do not provide oven cleaning product you must get this prior to cleaning scheduled.
  • We normally recommend oven pride but can take minimum 3 hours to take effect.
  • We do not move any furniture whatsoever including electrical items, white goods etc Maximum 3 step ladder of height our cleaners will work to.
  • All jobs agreed must be paid in advance via various payment methods
  • If we cannot do the job on the scheduled day, we will do our upmost best to rectify this in 2 working days
  • If you the Client cancel for whatever reason no refund is given.
  • If we cannot or have not completed a job for you for whatever reason a full refund will be given to you within 5-7 working days.
  • You must have hot water and electricity
  • Any sockets or items deemed unsafe our staff will not clean or touch that area and we must be told prior to work commencing.
  • No animals to be roaming around when staff are working, we must be told about any animals living in and out of the house. 
  • Bin bags must be provided by you
  • We do not take rubbish away unless service is booked
  • Any extra work required must be authorised by office as these may carry further charges.
  • Any changes or cancellations, must be emailed or a call to the office must be made or charge for the day’s work will be made.
  • Any lateness, no-show, last-minute cancellation or whatever reason our staff cannot carry out their duties a full charge will be made for the whole clean.
  • We don’t clean or wipe chandeliers, glass ornaments, picture frames, lampshades, porcelain China or anything deemed valuable or breakable.
  • We will charge travel time for any key collections or drop offs.
  • At no point should you exchange number or use our staff without our consent.
  • A minimum of 2 hours must be booked.
  • We cannot guarantee the same staff for every clean.
  • We cannot control the times of the booking as certain things are out of our control.
  • We need at-least 48hr notice, if possible, via phone and email
